“Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have given me relief when I was in distress.

Be gracious to me and hear my prayer!”

Psalm 4:1

Haiti, what’s going on? That’s the question everyone has been asking lately.

It’s really difficult for us to break the news, especially when it comes to our country.

Like it’s spreading on the news and social media, things have been pretty hard nowadays.

As we need help and prayer, we can no longer stay silent.

Actually, the problem is based on the fact that the distribution of the fuel has been controlled by the gangs. They robbed the fuel trucks, and kidnapped the drivers, and then asked the government and the fuel companies distributors for money to release them. Without the money to release the drivers, we won’t have the fuel trucks. This situation is affecting the economic system of the country, as many doors have been closed and people can’t go to work.

This is a very serious situation.

The streets are almost empty, as there’s no gas for people’s vehicles. People are scared to be out, and don’t want to get kidnapped by those bad people who are walking freely outside.

The saddest news is when the hospitals said they can’t find any gases to run and will be closed pretty soon. The gas is a necessity. Things can’t stay like that. God, please listen to our prayer.

What’s more, the food prices are increasing every day. Life has become very expensive here. The money we would buy three (3) things a week ago, it’s what we need to have just one (1) thing this week. This will continue day by day if nothing is done.

The only thing we can do, is to keep having faith in God. We know he is here in good and bad times. Your emotional, spiritual and financial support are really necessary in this moment.

PLEASE LIFT HAITI IN PRAYER!!!
